wow. so. basically, today during a u-17 boys soccer tournament that j'aime and two other girls were subbing in, i watched Sarah Skinner get her leg snapped in half. it was..... unlike anything i had ever seen or heard. it was awfull. but it showed me that even the best fall down sometime... it's just so sad... she's a senior, and she was going to play lacrosse for rochester in the fall. it's just not cool... and the snap itself... was the most gruesome sound i've ever heard. but- it has definitely changed my "new years resolutions".... :

• read my bible absolutely every day
• run as often as i can
• practice containing, shooting, moves, juggling....

sarah was a role model. she was tough. when her leg snapped, she didn't even cry... she screamed at the top of her lungs, but she never cried....
