tryouts are running me ragged.

so i had my first double session yesterday.
i have been having more issues with my ankles lately than usual, but i thought they'd be fine because they usually are. but apparently not.

yesterday, after the second session, i could barely walk.
and now i'm limpin like heck.
and now?

i gotta go do the following:

warm up jog
streches
agilities
some soccer drills
12 minute run
more soccer (probably scrimaging or shooting drills)
conditioning runs.

i hate conditioning runs.

worse than the 12 minute run.
because it's sprinting. :/


but whatever. i gotta do it.

so lets go.
