when conjugating verbs in spanish to the plusuamperfecto tense, you must first begin with using the verb "Haber" and conjugating that into the present tense. then foloow with your verb, ending with either -ado or -ido. depending on weather it's and ir verb or an ar verb.

habia habiamos
habias
habia habian

nadado jugado
comido dibujado
recibido
patinado
cocinado

but then there are a bunch of irregulars...

escrito
roto
vuelto
devuelto
hecho
puesto
dicho
etc.
